On November 5, the Cummer Museum will be hosting two unique events with one very special guest! Kentucky native and gardening guru Jon Carloftis, whose clientele includes Julianne Moore, Edward Norton, and Richard Gere, will be at the Museum to talk art, landscape, and design. During a daytime talk, Jon will discuss innovative ways to integrate art into your garden, with a luncheon (included in your ticket price) immediately following. Topping off the day will be a special Kentucky Bourbon Tasting with small bites inspired by Kentucky cuisine, followed by a lecture from Mr. Carlofits as he talks about gardening with style. Thanks to Maker’s Mark, guests will taste from the brand’s specialty collection, including an over-matured bourbon, Maker’s White, the newest 46 Bourbon, and Maker’s Mark Cask Strength Bourbon, which is only available at their Kentucky distillery.

These two events are not to be missed and present a unique opportunity for Museum supporters to meet and hear from one of the country’s most beloved landscape designers.
