Cummer Garden Month-151

The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens kicks off Garden Month with a fun-filled family day at the Museum. Join us March 5th from 10-4pm for Weaver Free Saturday and the kickoff of Cummer Garden Month. Vendor tents will be set up on the Museum’s front lawn offering a variety of garden merchandise. Stop by and visit these local businesses: Flying Dragon Citrus Nursery, Florida Native Plant Society IXIA Chapter, Kathy’s Creative Garden and Nursery, Philips Garden Store, Rockaway Garden Center, Rose Petals Nursery, Florida Friendly Landscaping and Trad’s Garden Center.

There will be children’s art projects, plein air painters and live music for all ages to enjoy. Savor the sounds of Mark Shine on the Cafe Patio or Arvid Smith in the Gardens. Stop by the Community First Credit Union tent and make an art project or head to the Gardens and enjoy watercolor painting.

Don’t miss out on all the fun and excitement happening March 5.
